SNP Properties, LLC (SNP) is a boutique development company with a focus on new construction and value-add properties with mixed use components in the City of Richmond.

SNP and its principals have a diverse skillset coupled with decades of experience in residential, multifamily, and commercial real estate. Based in Richmond’s historic Shockoe Slip, the SNP team works closely with select partners to assess development and acquisition opportunities that are both Class A and have the potential to create a value-add with 100 units or more with a centralized location in the heart of RVA.

Established in 2017, SNP delivered its first new construction mixed use development in June 2019 consisting of 166 apartments and 2,500 square feet of commercial space. They’ve since acquired, developed, and have under construction over 1,000 residential units and over 100,000 square feet of office, retail, restaurant, and commercial use space. Most recently, they completed the conversion of the 120-year-old St. Gertrude’s School (a 69,000 square foot property) into “The Abby on Stuart,” a luxury apartment home complex with 39 condos averaging over 1,800 square feet. Continuing acquisitions will carry on their development of both new and mixed-use properties integral to the growth of Richmond.
