SNP Properties, LLC (SNP) is a boutique development company with a focus on new construction and value-add properties with mixed use components in the City of Richmond.

SNP and its principals have a diverse skillset coupled with decades of experience in residential, multifamily and commercial real estate. Based in City Center RVA, the SNP team works closely with select partners to asses development and acquisition opportunities that are both Class A and have the potential to create a value-add with 100 units or more with a centralized location in the heart of RVA.

Since established in 2017, SNP has delivered its first new construction mixed use development in June 2019 consisting of 166 apartments units and 2,500 square feet of commercial space. In the same timeframe, SNP has acquired 102 value-add apartment units with over 20K square feet of commercial space to include its most recent acquisition of an existing new construction development consisting of 178 apartment units. SNP is in the beginning stages of its second new construction mixed-use development which will add another 166 apartments units and 10K square of commercial space to its portfolio in Fall 2020.
