Eric Phipps
Principal & Co-Founder
Mr. Phipps is Co-founder and Principal of SNP Properties since January 2017, with over 20 years of experience in the apartment ownership, development and management industry, Mr. Phipps served the last 10 years as Principal and Director of Asset Management for a real estate investment and development company based in Richmond, VA. In his tenure, he led the development of 10 properties consisting of over 2,900 units in the Southeast and Texas markets while also participating in the acquisition and asset management of 22 additional properties, totaling over 6,000 units.
Mr. Phipps’ extensive knowledge of Property Management combined with his experience in the development of new construction apartment communities while also completing large capital renovation projects and re-positioning assets from Class C to Class A, provides SNP Properties the platform to distinguish itself as a boutique real estate investment company located at City Center in the heart of downtown Richmond.
Mr. Phipps has a BS in Residential Property Management from Virginia Tech and attended the Pamplin MBA program.
Bryan Smith
Principal & Co-Founder
A Richmond native, Mr. Smith has been an instrumental entrepreneur in the region for well over two decades. Beginning with a family legacy of building, he has focused on both new construction and the renovation of both commercial and residential properties. His experience and commitment to superb craftsmanship has helped to revitalize some of Richmond’s most iconic neighborhoods. He also has vast experience in retail and multifamily development and management.
Bryan has been involved in property acquisition, new construction, residential and commercial land development, traditional and historical renovation, multifamily development, and business management through a family-owned scrap metal recycling facility.
As a Principal and Co-founder of SNP Properties, Bryan has brought his investment, real estate and entrepreneurial experience to bear, implementing and executing strategic business plans, while embracing new challenges and opportunities. He remains passionate about craftsmanship and best-of-class construction, coupled with the dedication to make our most historic and iconic neighborhoods desired places in which to live, work, and play.
Mr. Smith has a BS in Business from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Becky Kilgore
Director of Operations
Mrs. Kilgore is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and a proud Richmond native. She is the Director of Operations and is responsible for all internal Accounting as well as our Commercial Leasing and Operations. She has a true passion for business finance and real estate.
Mrs. Kilgore manages the leasing for all of SNP Properties’ commercial spaces and values the interpersonal relationships developed with these clients. She is instrumental in maintaining our daily communication with a positive attitude and works quickly resolve any situations that arise.
Mrs. Kilgore resides on a farm in Hanover with her family with multiple pets, and she loves to travel in her free time.
